Owen is a composer and sound artist whose practice and professional work focus on sound and interaction. His work is often driven by extra-musical inputs, producing music with narrative links to sonification. Genre influences include electronic, electroacoustic, experimental as well as synth pop and orchestral works.
Owen has had a long career as a freelance composer and sound designer for a wide variety of media including installations, websites, film, television and games consoles. In the process he has worked on many award winning projects and had work presented at experimental film festivals and exhibitions, in the cinema and on television both nationally and internationally.
Recent credits include Panasonic, SkyHD, Sony Bravia, Leica and the GSMA.
