Rod is an extremely versatile and distinguished composer who has the ability to write and produce in a vast range of musical styles including classical, rock, pop, techno, pastiche, jingles or stings, each delivering an original creative solution to any project.
Until 1988, Rod Anderson was head of sound at Molinare Post Production where he produced and engineered hundreds of Radio and TV commercials, including award-winning ones for Ordnance Survey and The Economist. Since that time he has supplied music for all the UK terrestrial broadcasters, many of the major satellite channels and a prestigious list of corporate clients and producers.
Past credits of note include writing the music for the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics, television documentaries including The Secret Plot to Kill Hitler for Discovery and Clive of India for BBC1. TV ads for Canada Dry, Champion spark plugs and Peugeot. Radio ads for Sellotape, Debenhams and Hotpoint. Childrens Programmes such as ‘Teddybears’ and 'Wizadora' for ITV, 'Hunny Pot' for the Disney Channel and ‘Pingu’s English' for Hit television.
The list can and does go on but suffice to say, Rod's credentials speak for themselves.
