Our
Blanket License is for a 12 month term and you can use as much music as
you like during this period. Use as much music in any number of
website, TV programmes, commercials or films.
Our
Single Use License is for the use of each individual downloaded track
in one single website, TV programme episode, tv commercial etc.

Royalty Free
We
use the term “royalty free” because you, as the purchaser of our music,
will not be required to pay any further royalties associated with the
use of our music. For TV use for example, these royalties are paid by
the broadcaster of the music and not paid by you, the producer of the
music. The same is the case for website music: as a web designer you
will not have to pay any royalties for the use of our music on a
website. All the website owner has to do is make sure he buys a website
license from the PRS or equivalent performing rights society. These start from around £50 and are simple to put in place.
The
only thing you need to do before you use our music is inform us of the
usage, simply by email and by sending us a music cue sheet within
fourteen days of the delivery of our music to your client – i.e. a
broadcaster, cinema exhibitor, website owner or live venue.
Please
note, unauthorised synchronisation use, copying, hiring, lending,
broadcast and public performance are strictly prohibited. If you breach
any of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to take action
against you.
